Simply visit Amazon Drive, select any folders you want to keep, and press “download.” You can also download your Drive contents using the Amazon Photos software. Thankfully, you should have no trouble downloading your Drive contents. We will continue to provide customers the ability to safely back up, share, and organize photos and videos with Amazon Photos. On December 31, 2023, we will no longer support Amazon Drive to more fully focus our efforts on photos and video storage with Amazon Photos. Over the last 11 years, Amazon Drive has served as a secure cloud storage service for Amazon customers to back up their files. Don’t delete this folder if you want to continue using Amazon Photos. Click the Download button and install the driver. In the search field, enter your product and choose your operating system to which you want to download the driver.
Open a new web browser and go to the site.
That said, you should see a photos folder in your Amazon Drive. The Driver for Western Digital MY Passport driver can be downloaded from the manufacturer’s site. This change does not affect Amazon Photos uploads. Any files left in your Drive will disappear on December 31st of 2023. In an email sent to customers on July 29th, Amazon explains that Drive uploads will end on January 1st of 2023. It’s time to download everything from your Amazon Drive.
